Adding value through redevelopment and intelligent leasing fueled Avi’s early successes in commercial investments. His passion for supporting the success of his tenants has helped him build deep relationships with national and regional tenants such as CVS, Bank of America, Mercy Healthcare, and Allegheny Valley School District. Alinea's portfolio consists of approximately 1 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at over $130 million and is strategically expanding along the East Coast.
Avi’s investment successes also led to meaningful residential development partnerships in Philadelphia. Over the past decade, Avi and his partners have completed numerous new-construction residential projects including condominiums, luxury apartments, and single-family homes.
Michael Nechemia combined his entrepreneurial background and diverse real estate experience to form Alinea Capital Group. His leadership and energy are the driving forces behind the firm's rapid growth and expansion.
Michael developed his understanding of commercial real estate as a high performing analyst at Ernst & Young, conducting multi-million dollar property valuations and market studies. He then honed and diversified his real estate expertise as the Managing Director of OCF Realty, a fast-growing Philadelphia residential real estate company with brokerage, management, and development operations.
Michael’s commitment to operational excellence is evident in Alinea’s recent portfolio growth. His passion for design shines through with development projects such as a historic church renovation in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood of Philadelphia, and a ground-up luxury beachfront condo project in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Michael holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University with majors in Finance and Real Estate.
